Telecom outlook 'stable'

Telecom's outlook remains stable despite uncertainty about its future, international ratings agency Standard & Poor's said yesterday.

S&P's said the A-rated Telecom faced challenges including regulatory changes, the potential sale of network assets, the pending announcement of a new chief executive, and the evolving telecommunications market.
