Save The Telecom complex on Auckland's Victoria St has been sold by its current owner, New Zealand property development company Mansons TCLM.
"I can confirm that it is under contract for sale, but I can't give you any detail around that,'' Culum Manson, a director of Mansons, told APNZ.
Mansons' website
lists the property as being worth $280m.
Telecom is the "anchor'' tenant, according to the website.
It says the Telecom site is the single biggest city office building platform in New Zealand.
