Telecom is facing another court case from 10 years ago when there were limited regulations in the sector. Proceedings began in the High Court yesterday.
The commission is arguing Telecom used anti-commercial practices from 1998 until 2004. It claimed in court yesterday the price Telecom charged for access to the data-tails - providing high-speed telecommunications links - impeded Telecom's competitors.
