KEY POINTS:
Telecommunications company TeamTalk has lifted its stake in network infrastructure provider Araneo.
Wellington-based TeamTalk will pay an undisclosed sum to take its shareholding from 33 per cent to 55.9 per cent.
NZX-listed TeamTalk provides mobile radio and data services to approximately 4,500 clients.
Shares in TeamTalk closed unchanged at 2.3 cents.
