Wellington-based electronic game developer Sidhe Interactive says it has launched a development group, PikPok, for applications in the iPhone and iPod Touch market.
It just released its first such game, called Fame, in line with a feature film about to be released under the same name.
The game enables players to "dance" their fingers across a touch screen and for scores against their dancing to be loaded on to Facebook and Twitter.
Sidhe was established in 1997 and its first big breakthrough was a rugby league game developed for PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC.
