Text messaging company Plus SMS, under investigation by the Securities Commission for possibly misleading investors, said yesterday its cornerstone shareholder, Hewon Capital, was finalising details of rebuilding package which it hoped to present to the SMS board within a week.
Last week, SMS shares plunged over 70 per cent after the company disclosed that founder Garry Donoghue and chairman Jim Bracknell had quit as part of a restructuring.
