Plus SMS settles in row

Plus SMS has settled a legal proceeding with founder Garry Donoghue.

The company did not disclose the details of the settlement but it did apologise to Donoghue.

In March, Plus SMS filed proceedings against Donoghue seeking the return of company shares or damages.
