Plus SMS extension

Mobile content company Plus SMS is extending the cut-off date for its share purchase plan.

The 1.2 million shares, which the company hopes will raise $626,084, were available on April 14 until May 5 and then until May 19.

Yesterday, directors asked for an extension to May 29.

Trading yesterday for 1c per share, Plus SMS shares were as high as 82c in November 2005.
