Plus SMS board resigns in a flurry

Plus SMS Holdings was suspended from the NZAX market after its directors resigned.

No explanation was given for the resignations, which came in a series of curious announcements.

The first to go were chairman Robert Hunter and director Murray Allott. Then it was announced Clive Thomas had resigned. Hans Hawinkels followed.

The company has farewelled its chief commercial officer, chief executive and chief financial officer in the past year and has been in dispute with a founder.
