Telecommunications giant Spark has apologised again after a mobile phone outage hit customers this afternoon.
Some Spark customers have experienced trouble making calls, and others reported problems sending texts this afternoon.
It's barely a fortnight after an outage plagued Spark users in the upper North Island, affecting calls, texts and data.
Spark said on its Twitter page it had "got things back up and running quickly" but "there may be lingering issues as everything gets back to normal."
The company also said some users may experience problems from the "network straining" as many customers tried using Spark services at the same time.
