Telecom says "major issues" are affecting its online billing and accounts service Your Telecom this morning.
The company announced on Twitter that the service was currently unavailable.
"We are doing everything we can to fix. Will update as soon as poss."
Telecom spokespeople could not be reached for comment.
The company's XT mobile network had been plagued by issues since December.
Telecom put its XT contractor Alcatel-Lucent on notice and forked out $10 million in compensation after its fourth network failure in February.
There had since been two further faults, in March and earlier this month.
