GDC suspended from trading

Telecommunications company GDC was today suspended from the stock exchange for failing to lodge its financial reports on time.

The company, which has been offloading its assets, has not filed its annual results for the year ended December with the New Zealand Exchange.

The results were due to be issued to the NZX by March 1.
