The Commerce Commission has delayed making a decision on Telecom's application to buy wireless spectrum from Counties Power. The commission said a decision had been extended until today, possibly longer.
Telecom has applied to buy the spectrum, which is in the 3.5 gigahertz range that will be used in the emerging worldwide WiMax wireless high-speed internet, for an undisclosed amount.
The commission had originally planned to decide on November 3.
