The Commerce Commission has to pay $52,089 in costs and disbursements for a case it lost in the Court of Appeal against Telecom.
The Court of Appeal released its decision on costs today relating to a judgment on August 4.
The commission believed Telecom used its dominant market position and had an anti-competitive purpose when it introduced charges for residential customers using dial-up internet 10 years ago.
