The Commerce Commission has set out the terms in which TelstraClear can re-sell a number of Telecom's private network services.
In November last year TelstraClear applied to the commission for a determination on the conditions under which it wholesales a number of services from Telecom. This included the resale of three private data networking services, a business voice messaging service and a directory service.
In a draft determination released today the Commerce Commission found that TelstraClear should have regulated access to the private data networking services.
Submissions on the draft determination have to be in by September 23, with a final determination to follow in November.
