KEY POINTS:
CallSouth head Peter Roborgh has announced his departure from the company he founded after its sale to TrustPower last month.
National electricity retailer TrustPower bought the Oamaru-based toll, internet and landline service provider in order to further its ambition to become a full-service telecommunications company.
Roborgh - a part-owner of CallSouth after a management buyout from lines company Network Waitaki in 2004 - said it was always his intention to step down once the sale had been completed.
