Local mobile technology development company Blackbay has won a deal which will see its technology used by the Royal Mail to help track items through the UK's postal service.
Blackbay's Delivery Connect technology is being used to record delivery details of postal items, which customers can check in real time over Royal Mail's website.
Blackbay has previously provided mobile technology to Royal Mail's Parcelforce Worldwide business.
