KEY POINTS:
Annette Presley has been removed from television advertisements for the internet company she founded.
Her acrimonious relationship with her estranged husband, Malcolm Dick - also a CallPlus shareholder and executive - became news in early October when Dick sent out a press release claiming Presley was stepping down from the business.
Presley - who had fronted the company's Slingshot broadband ads and appeared on TV's Dragons' Den - denied she was leaving.
The company's acting chief executive, Mark Callander, said Presley did not feature in its new "interim" broadband advertisement for its new plans.
He said CallPlus did not know if it would use Presley for advertising in the future.
