Tattersall's moved closer towards a public float yesterday as the Victorian Court of Appeal ruled on the preferred model for distributing shares to Tattersall's 2500 beneficiaries. The Tattersall's estate has to be restructured before it becomes a public company with trustees sure they are acting according to the will of Tattersall's founder, George Adams.
