Stake in Bayleys

Direct Capital, a private-equity investor, has become a minority shareholder in real estate company Bayley Corp, which operates the Bayleys chain.

Bayleys did not disclose the size of the holding or the how much money was raised. Direct Capital managing director Ross George will join the Bayley Corp board.
