Rapper and Mayor unite for bag campaign

Hip-hop artist Che Fu and Waitakere Mayor Bob Harvey will join forces to rid West Auckland of plastic bags.

The pair will be at Westfield WestCity on Saturday to begin a campaign to make Waitakere the first plastic bag-free city in New Zealand.

Shoppers will be able to pick up free reusable bags and watch Che Fu and the Unison hip-hop crew.
