The founder of technology company Plus SMS has retaken the reins of the company after its chief executive Austin Bryan resigned from the role due to family reasons.
Garry Donoghue, who founded the company and has been executive vice chairman, will take over the role.
Chairman Jim Bracknell said the company would remain focused on listing its Isle of Man subsidiary on the London Stock Exchange's alternative market, the AIM.
Plus SMS is involved with routing SMS and MMS messages over existing telecommunications infrastructure.
The company joined the New Zealand stock exchange's alternative market, the NZAX, in July last year, in a back-door listing using the shell of failed Christchurch retail management group RetailX.
