One user was selling two 750ml bottles, one vanilla and one coffee, with a buy now price of $20.
A litre of the milk retails in stores for about $12.
By this afternoon, the auction had been viewed 16 times.
Last year the company launched its popular chocolate milk, made using Whittaker's chocolate.
The milk was so popular, fans waited at supermarkets around the North Island to snap it up within minutes of its delivery and those who missed out were bidding on Trade Me for single bottles for up to $20.
One "eternal optimist" had even listed a single bottle of the milk with a starting bid of $1000, Trade Me spokesman Logan Mudge said.
"I can safely say that one didn't sell."
Mr Mudge said it was interesting to see the two new flavours of milk had already landed on the website.
"A few auctions have popped up, about maybe four. It went mad last year with some of the chocolate flavour ones going up, but this is the first we have seen of the new stuff."
It was difficult to say whether the new flavours would prove to be as popular as their predecessor, Mr Mudge said.
"Trade Me will reflect what is going on around the country, and last time there were lines out the door and security guards.
"I haven't heard any of that so I'm not sure if it will be quite as crazy as last time.
"I guess it is indicative of the popularity and the publicity that Lewis Road created."
