Edgy pizza chain Hell is rolling out a new franchise model of low-cost businesses, in the form of towable trailers.
The 'Hell on Wheels' mobile concept will rollout to 30 locations throughout New Zealand including in Auckland, Gisborne, Palmerston North, Nelson and Blenheim.
The 6.5 metre-long, triple axel trailers each house a commercial pizza oven capable of cooking 80 "double pizzas" per hour and can be set up as both permanent and semi-permanent locations.
Hell general manager Ben Cumming said the low-cost mobile stores were ideal for areas with populations too small to support bricks and mortar stores.
