Homeware and sports retailer Briscoe Group has reported a dip in same-store sales for the October quarter, citing a depressed retail market.
The group's same-store sales for the quarter ended October fell 1.93 per cent on the same time last year.
Briscoes Homeware same-store sales fell 4.82 per cent for the quarter, while Rebel Sport sales rose 3.8 per cent.
But on a non-same-store basis, the group's total sales were up 2.11 per cent, at $73.2 million, from $71.6 million.
