New Zealand Refining is to be promoted to the stock exchange's benchmark top 50 index as part of New Zealand Exchange's regular index review.
NZ Refining will replace AXA Asia Pacific Holdings which is being delisted from the market, but which will maintain its listing on the Australian bourse.
