Probus has grabbed 19.9 per cent of suspended penny dreadful Pure New Zealand with a view to restructuring the shell company.
Probus is a holding company owned by boutique investment banker FAR Financial Services, which recently fitted Life Pharmacy into shell company Beauty Direct.
A similar fate looks likely for Pure which has had several incarnations in its troubled life.
Pure shares last traded at 2.5c and, at that price, the company is capitalised at $2.8 million.
