KEY POINTS:
Infrastructure consultancy Opus International has appointed Kerry McDonald as its deputy chairman. Opus chief executive Kevin Thompson has been appointed to the board as managing director.
McDonald, who joined Opus' board in April, is an experienced director of listed companies here and in Australia. A former managing director of Comalco New Zealand, he is also chairman of the Bank of New Zealand and Melbourne gold miner Oceana Gold.
Opus is expected to list on the NZX later this year.
