NZX under review

The Securities Commission is to inspect the NZX's supervision of the market as part of a Government review into its commitment to international financial stability.

NZX chairman Simon Allen said the exchange was happy to discuss the terms of reference for the proposed programme to ensure it was in the best interests of the capital markets.
