Television New Zealand has appointed expat Kiwi Jason Paris to head its marketing division. Paris, who takes up the position in March, is based in London where he is mobile phone-maker Nokia's senior marketing manager.
He will replace Sue Brewster, who left the state-run broadcaster last month to take on the role of general manager for Alzheimers Auckland.
In New Zealand, Paris was formerly McDonald's Restaurants marketing manager. He has also worked for ad agency DDB International on UK accounts including Dell Computers and Anheuser Busch.
