Former All Blacks captains Richie McCaw and Sean Fitzpatrick and ex-coach Sir Graham Henry are fronting a leadership breakfast next month.
As well as other business and innovation leaders, 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning coach Sir Clive Woodward will also speak at the event, which will look at the parallels between business and sport.
"They will speak to the common ground held by businesses and sports teams alike, with a focus on the risks and opportunities that come with taking a team on the next step to greatness," said insurer AIG, one of the event partners.
The "Raising Your Game" event, which is produced by NZME Events, will be held at the SkyCity Theatre on June 27 at 7am.
McCaw, Henry, Fitzpatrick, Woodward, former Black Fern Farah Palmer, New Zealand Rugby chairman Brent Impey and AIG's head of sponsorship Daniel Glantz will talk about their experience of leading high-performing teams to success on the global stage.
