Kerry Stokes' Seven Network is finalising a purchase of Murdoch Magazines and is reportedly expected to complete the estimated $A35 million ($38.8 million) deal within weeks.
Industry sources told the Australian Financial Review that Seven's purchase of Murdoch was being wrapped up and the company would be folded into Seven's Pacific Publications.
Murdoch Magazines, run by Rupert Murdoch's nephew Matt Handbury, is privately owned.
