Hollinger fraud lawsuit proceeds

A US judge has allowed Hollinger International's fraud lawsuit against ousted chairman Conrad Black and other defendants to move forward.

Hollinger said the ruling was an "important step" in efforts to recover US$425 million it claims was looted by the defendants.
