Deals site GrabOne is reinventing itself with a redesign and new app and says it will further personalise users' experience.
GrabOne, which is owned by Herald publisher NZME, sells deals and discounts to Kiwis for restaurants, outdoor activities, health and beauty treatements as well as an array of products.
The service has undergone an extensive consumer research project with Nielson to better understand the way people shop online, NZME said in a statement.
GrabOne general manager Sarah Wood said this resulted in changes to the website which would make it more intuitive and enjoyable for the user. This, and the new app, had clearer categories and easier navigation functions.
"We've redesigned the look and functionality of GrabOne from the data and feedback we received from consumers combined with wider e-commerce trends to ensure a great experience."
