Skellerup Holdings' chief operating officer Mike McKessar is resigning after four years in the job.
Mr McKessar, who started at the group in 1990 and previously held the role of general manager industrial division, was leaving to pursue opportunities outside the group, Skellerup said today.
Chief executive Donald Stewart said Mr McKessar's leadership of the operating divisions had been a key factor in maintaining the group's momentum through a period when market conditions were often challenging for Skellerup and its customers.
Mr McKessar will leave Skellerup on May 25.
