Scott Technology negotiates Auckland division buyout

Dunedin-based manufacturer Scott Technology is negotiating a management buyout of its Auckland division, Package Handling Systems.

It said the proposed buyout was headed by Paul Denton and most of the Package Handling staff would transfer to the new company.
