Feltex contract executed

The receivers of Feltex Carpets said yesterday that contracts for the sale of the firm's assets and operations to Godfrey Hirst had been executed.

In a statement to the NZX, receiver Colin Nicol said Godfrey Hirst was working closely with the receivers to prepare for the handover next month.
