Beverages company Charlie's has announced the resignation of independent director Diane Foreman.
Foreman, who was also the company's audit committee chair, was stepping down because of the pressure of other business commitments, Charlie's chairman, Ted van Arkel, said.
"We wish her good luck with her future business ventures."
