Beverages company Charlie's has announced the resignation of independent director Diane Foreman.
Foreman, who was also the company's audit committee chair, was stepping down because of the pressure of other business commitments, Charlie's chairman, Ted van Arkel, said.
"We wish her good luck with her future business ventures."
He said several nominations were being considered for her replacement.
The board now comprises van Arkel, non-executive directors Tim Cook and Marc Ellis, and chief executive Stefan Lepionka.
Charlie's shares closed down 1c at 20c on Friday.
