English Premier League's Manchester United intends to use its proceeds of its planned Singapore listing to pay down debt and further grow its business in Asia.
The club, whose stars include Wayne Rooney, hopes to raise as much as US$1 billion ($1.2 billion) from the offering, which is expected to be completed this year.
