DNZ Property Fund, which listed on the NZX main board in August, is moving into the NZX-50 index, while New Zealand Farming Systems Uruguay moves out.
Ranking for the index is done by free float market capitalisation, which excludes large strategic holdings of shares.
Farming Systems now ranks below 65th after the recent acquisition of a 78 per cent stake in the company by Olam International.
NZX said the share changes would be implemented after the market closed next Friday, effective from the following Monday.
