Fisher & Paykel Healthcare has appointed a new director to replace its outgoing Australian-based board member, Adrienne Clarke.
Clarke, who had been on the board for six years, resigned due to "changes in professional duties in Australia".
Arthur Morris, chief executive of Diagnostic Medlab, will replace her.
A pathologist, he trained in Dunedin and Auckland and spent three years at Duke University Medical Centre in North Carolina. He will be an independent director.
