KEY POINTS:
Toronto exchange and NZAX-listed Glass Earth said yesterday that it had made a private placement of 25 million units to raise C$5 million ($6.93 million).
Glass Earth's parent, St Andrew Goldfields, said it would maintain its existing 50.2 per cent equity and subscribe to 12.5 million units of the placement.
The financing will principally be used for drilling within Glass Earth's exploration permits in the central North Island.
