Toll Holdings says it is in talks about taking a stake in SembCorp Logistics (SembLog), Southeast Asia's largest logistics firm, as it looks to expand in Asia.
Toll, battling to salvage its stalled bid for Australian ports operator Patrick Corp, confirmed it was in discussions with SembCorp Industries, Singapore's third-largest conglomerate, about a stake in SembCorp's shipping and transport arm SembLog.
Toll added that no agreement had been reached.
