Toll Holdings has done a deal worth more than $6 billion, to acquire Australia's massive Patrick Corp.
It was Toll's third bid in eight months, ending months of bitter fighting.
The deal makes Toll one of Australia's top 20 companies and a major player in the transportation sector in Asia.
