Amphibious boat-maker Sealegs is considering a cash call but has declined to indicate its purpose. It said an announcement was due shortly.
However the company, which has just developed an all-terrain version of its craft, is likely to use the cash to pay for expansion. It last issued shares in February at 36c.
They closed down 1c at 27c yesterday.
