Ports of Auckland has taken on Patrick Snedden, a veteran of community and government entity boards, as a director, replacing Rob Campbell, who quit in March in a dispute over strategy.
Snedden has served on the boards of the Auckland District Health Board and Housing New Zealand. Auckland Council Investments announced the immediate appointment.
