Fullers cleared to buy 360 Discovery

Fullers Group, bought by Scotsman Brian Souter's investment company this year, yesterday received Commerce Commission clearance to acquire most of the assets of 360 Discovery - a business operated by Kiwi Kat and owned by private equity firm Pencarrow.

Commission chairman Mark Berry said it was satisfied the proposed acquisition would not lessen competition in the market.
