Danish transport group DSV AS says it has taken over the operations of New Zealand partner Leader Container Line International for an undisclosed sum.
It has established the company DSV Air & Sea, with budgeted annual sales of 40 million Danish kroner ($9.61 million) and 14 employees based in Auckland.
DSV says the new company broadens its coverage of Oceania and complements its global network.
