ARH secures close to 90 per cent of port

Auckland Regional Holdings says its takeover offer has received acceptances from more than 2700 Ports of Auckland shareholders.

Their 8,540,752 shares give ARH an 88.1 per cent stake in the company.

ARH needs another 1.9 per cent to initiate compulsory acquisition and move to full ownership.
