A waste oil company facing action by the Commerce Commission says it will fully defend the allegation. ERS says the allegation relates to a single incident in 2005.
The commission filed proceedings in the High Court on Friday alleging ERS approached another firm in an attempt to fix prices for waste oil collection. It began investigating the industry in 2006.
